The meeting was chaired by Li Bu, GM Assistant and HR Director; GM Liu Yong made the kick-off speech. Mr Liu made an in-depth analysis of the working mode of the company and the mental state of the staff, and pointed out a series of problems in the process of IPD implementation, such as some employees' hesitation in taking the initiative for fear of making mistakes and the lack of direct communication during work. Meanwhile, Mr Liu put forward a clear direction and goal for the future development of the company, namely, to create a positive, transparent and forward-looking working atmosphere and to establish a promotive and incentive system.


Then, the chief management consultant Mr. Pang made a detailed explanation on the IPD project from the management perspective. Firstly, he analyzed the current development of the vaccine industry from the company's business perspective, and explained the impact of social, political and international relations on the development of the vaccine industry.


Secondly, Mr. Pang introduced the awareness and planning of the company's culture in the past, present and future. He pointed out that the company's culture used to be the office culture. Now it is the key moment for the transition from the office culture to the product culture, so we should make a thorough analysis of the past culture in order to keep the essence.


Currently, IPD is used to break down departmental walls and change the office culture, so the work orientation of all employees can be shifted to products. The company's culture should incorporate synergistic culture, industrial culture, product culture, and commitment and responsibility culture; everyone should have an open mind, share resources, and broaden resources to contribute to the achievement of the ultimate goal.


Based on the needs of strategic development, Mr. Pang put forward two requirements. Externally, meet the developmental orientation of customers and shareholders;   

Internally, ensure the efficient operation within the company, while facilitating the learning and growth of employees.


Finally, Mr. Pang made a detailed interpretation of the strategic elements for the developmental path of the company: The core value creation process for the company's products

consists of three steps:
Value creation of goal-based core elements (R&D and technological progress - LIMS),
Value creation of industrial scale elements (manufacturing - MES),
Value expression of the disease spectrum (marketing - CRM).

In the Q&A session, the attendees actively participated in the discussion; For the questions discussed, Mr. Pang replied in detail.
